Today in Nyon, the draw for the third qualifying round of the Women's Champions League and the first qualifying round of the European Cup took place.  In the Champions League, nine pairs were determined who will compete in two-legged matches on September 11th and 18th to secure the last spots in the new group stage involving 18 clubs. The third qualifying round is divided into the Champions' Path (for league champions) and the Path of Association Representatives. Four matchups will take place in the former, and five more in the latter.

In the 2025/2026 season, for the third time in history, two teams represented Ukraine in the women's Champions League — Poltava's "Vorskla" and Kharkiv's "Metalist 1925".
