Today, on October 8th, the women's team of Poltava "Vorskla" played their first match in the second round of the UEFA Women's Europa Cup against Danish "Fortuna."

At the 24th minute, Ukrainians opened the score: after a flank pass, Roxolana Kravchuk scored with her head — putting the ball in the far corner without any chance for the opposing goalkeeper. However, before halftime, the Danes equalized — Hansen precisely shot from about 14 meters into the upper far corner.

In the second half, despite the activity of both teams, the score did not change. In summary, a resultful draw — 1:1. The return match will take place in a week, on October 15.
