Reminder, this season the tournament is held under a revised system that includes four preliminary stages and also a final part: quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals. All stages consist of one match each. In case of a draw in regular time, the winner is immediately determined by a penalty shootout without extra time — according to IFAB Laws of the Game.

Thus, advancing to the quarter-finals are: «Polesia», «Shakhtar», «Panthers» and «Kryvbas». At this stage they will be joined by four of the best teams from the Premier League season-2024/2025: «Vorskla», «Metalist 1925», «Kolos» and «Sisteres». The base date for quarter-finals is November 18.
