Our team's training camp, which is taking place in Kyiv at the V. Bannikov National Training Center, began on September 22. During this period, the Ukraine U-16 team has already played one friendly match against Metalist 1925 (U-17) — 3:0. Today they will play their second match — against Kolos (U-19).

The head coach of the blue-and-yellow team, Volodymyr Samborskyi, has called up 23 players for participation in the camp.

"We will play against the Kovalivskaya team on the last day of our training camp after three full days of practice. I want to see how our players think on the field alongside older footballers, how they make decisions and show character. I am sure that such a friendly match will be very beneficial for this Ukraine youth squad," — noted Volodymyr Samborskyi.
