Many practical issues regarding the adaptation of global methodologies to Ukrainian realities and their effective implementation in daily coaching work were discussed.

The main conclusions that coaches took away:

— Training is a structure, not chaos. Logical sequence and proper structuring of the session yield results faster than an endless series of new exercises;

— Controlled intensity. The player learns more effectively where the training pace is right, not exhausting;

— Each exercise should have a goal. The coach must clearly understand which game element it develops;

— The role of the coach is to guide, not dictate. Questions and corrections during exercises shape football thinking;

— Theory is valuable only when supported by practice. What works on the field can be seen, what does not – cannot.
