In the Ukrainian Football Association, a working meeting of head coaches from all age categories of Ukraine's national teams — from U-15 to the national team — took place with the participation of the Technical Directorate of the UAF. The president of the UAF, Andriy Shevchenko, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the results of work with the teams in 2025 were discussed. In particular, it was emphasized that the previous year became a record for the number of training camps and official and friendly matches conducted for national teams across various age categories.

Participants of the meeting also paid special attention to discussing key issues and challenges in the preparation of young footballers, as well as the issue of trust in young players in Ukrainian football and their gradual integration at higher levels.

Additionally, plans for educational initiatives for Ukrainian coaches in 2026 were presented and discussed. The focus of this work plan is to acquire international experience and exchange practices with leading European experts.

Within the framework of the meeting, issues related to the possibility of organizing separate training camps for youth teams on Ukrainian territory were also addressed.
