Euro-2026 (U-17): Known Dates and Venue for the Second Qualification Round Matches Involving Ukraine's Youth Team

The terms and venue for the second round of Euro 2026 qualifying (under-17s) have been determined for Ukraine's youth team (players born in 2009 or later). The Alexandra Sytnyk-coached group, who secured third place in their Group A during the first round of qualifiers and are now playing in Group V, were drawn into the first pot before the second round draw.

The qualifiers for the UEFA Euro 2026 (U-17) second round have been determined, along with the venue for the matches involving Ukraine's youth team (players born in 2009 or later). 

The squad coached by Oleksandr Sytnyk, who secured third place in their Group A of the first round and will now play in League B, have been drawn into the first pot. After the draw for the second round, the yellow-and-black team ended up in Group B6, where they will face the national teams of Latvia and Albania.

It is already known that the tournament in our group from 3rd to 9th June will be hosted by Albania.

Group A1: Germany, France, Slovenia, North Macedonia.

Group A2: Iceland, Portugal, Italy, Romania. 

Group A3: Sweden, Montenegro, Greece, Norway.

Group A5: Belgium, Cyprus, Serbia, Switzerland.

Group A6: Spain, Turkey, Scotland, Northern Ireland.

Group A7: Ireland, Slovakia, Croatia, Poland.

League B

Group B1: Israel, Faroe Islands, England, Estonia.

Group B2: Bulgaria, Lithuania, Malta, Azerbaijan.

Group B3: Wales, Georgia, San Marino, Andorra.

Group B4: Finland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Gibraltar.

Group B5: Hungary, Luxembourg, Armenia, Liechtenstein.

Group B6: Ukraine, Latvia, Albania.

In the second round, 28 teams (14 winners of the groups from the first round and 14 that secured second place) will compete in seven League A groups until March 31st. The winners of these groups will join Estonia as hosts for the final stage, which runs from May 25th to June 7th, 2026. The draw for this forum is scheduled for April 9th.

Meanwhile, 26 teams will compete in seven League B groups (five with four teams each and two with three).

Both tournaments are significant in the context of forming Leagues A and B for the first round of Euro 2028 (U-19) qualifiers.
