— having reviewed the materials regarding the dismissal of head coach Rusan Rotan of FC "Polsia" (Zhytomyr) during matchday 15 of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League season 2025/2026 between FC "Ruh" (Lviv) and FC "Polsia" (Zhytomyr), which took place on December 7, 2025, suspended head coach Rusan Rotan of FC "Polsia" (Zhytomyr) from participating in matches for 5 (five) games, including conditionally for 2 (two) games with a probationary period of 1 (one) year and ordered to pay an obligatory monetary fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) hryvnias (for using indecent, insulting language towards the match referee);

— having reviewed the materials regarding the dismissal of football player Oleksandr Andrievskyi of FC "Polsia" (Zhytomyr) during matchday 15 of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League season 2025/2026 between FC "Ruh" (Lviv) and FC "Polsia" (Zhytomyr), which took place on December 7, 2025, suspended football player Oleksandr Andrievskyi of FC "Polsia" (Zhytomyr) from participating in matches for 2 (two) games, including conditionally for 1 (one) game with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

— having reviewed the materials regarding a possible violation of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play by football player Prosper Obah of FC LNZ (Cherkasy) during matchday 11 of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League season 2025/2026 between FC LNZ (Cherkasy) and FC "Karpaty" (Lviv), which took place on November 3, 2025, suspended football player Prosper Obah of FC LNZ (Cherkasy) from participating in matches for 3 (three) games, including conditionally for 1 (one) game with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

— having reviewed the materials regarding improper behavior by fans during matchday 15 of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League season 2025/2026 between FC "Ruh" (Lviv) and FC "Polsia" (Zhytomyr), which took place on December 7, 2025, ordered FC "Ruh" (Lviv) to pay an obligatory monetary fine of 32,500 (thirty-two thousand five hundred) hryvnias (for the use of pyrotechnic devices by fans [13 units]).
