The Ukrainian Football Association is seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to help provide effective administrative and operational support for the charity fund team.

Our charity fund focuses on projects aimed at supporting children from frontline regions of Ukraine, veterans, sports rehabilitation for people with amputations (including veterans), developing amputee football in Ukraine, and mental and physical rehabilitation through football events. 

Main responsibilities:

— administrative support for daily office/team operations;

— organizing and coordinating meetings, events, trips, and work schedules;

— managing business correspondence, preparing documents, reports, and presentations;

— supporting the preparation of internal documentation: orders, contracts, requests, letters, and informational notes;

— working with databases, entering and verifying information;

— maintaining document archives and structuring files in Google Drive;

— communication with partners, contractors, volunteers, and beneficiaries of assistance;

— supporting procurement and logistics processes (as needed);

— assisting in organizing humanitarian shipments and document control;

— performing other administrative tasks to ensure the effective operation of the fund.

Requirements:

— experience in an administrative setting is an advantage but not mandatory;

— excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills;

— proficient use of MS Office/Google Workspace. Ability to work with large spreadsheets and maintain registers (Google Sheets/Excel);

— attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work in a multitasking environment;

— readiness for prompt communication and task resolution in a dynamic environment;

— knowledge of Ukrainian (essential), English is an asset;

— willingness to participate in social and humanitarian projects.
