The head coach of Ukraine's futsal team, Oleksandr Kosenko commented on the results of the Euro-2026 final tournament draw. Our group B opponents are one of the hosts — Lithuania, as well as Czech Republic and Armenia.

"Many ask me if we are satisfied with the results or not. I will say this: now there are no easy teams. We played friendly matches — against both Lithuania and Czech Republic they were very difficult. Armenia also showed itself to be a very serious team.

Everyone will prepare, each opponent will be even more seriously geared up for us after the World Cup. So we need to prepare very carefully, we are not waiting for easy games," — said Oleksandr Petrovych.

Against Armenia and Lithuania, Ukraine's team will play at "Žalgiris Arena" in Kaunas on January 22nd and 25th respectively, while the third round match against Czech Republic will take place on January 28th in Latvia's capital Riga at "Arena Riga."
