Euro 2026 futsal. The Ukraine national team has learned their opponents in the group stage of the final tournament

Today, on October 24 in Kaunas, Lithuania, the draw for the final stage of the Euro-2026 futsal competition took place.

The day before, 16 teams were divided into four pots according to their positions in the national team rankings as of September 25. Oleksandr Kosyenko's wards landed in the first pot.   

During the UEFA draw, our team and the national team of the aggressor country—Belarus—were distributed into different groups. In addition, tournament host countries were automatically divided among different quartets: Latvia went to Group A, Lithuania—to Group B, Slovenia—to Group C.

According to the draw results, Ukraine's national team ended up in Group B along with Lithuania, Armenia, and the Czech Republic.

Group A: Latvia, Croatia, Georgia, France.

Group B: Lithuania, Armenia, Czech Republic, Ukraine.

Group C: Slovenia, Belarus, Spain, Belgium.

Group D: Italy, Hungary, Portugal, Poland.  

The top two teams from each group will advance to the quarter-finals.

3. Winner of Group C — second place in Group D

4. Winner of Group D — second place in Group C

As a reminder, the Euro 2026 will take place from January 21 to February 7 of next year on the pitches in Latvia's Riga, Lithuania's Kaunas, and Slovenia's Ljubljana.
