In the second round, to qualify for the third round of qualification, it is necessary to finish 1-3rd place in a group of four teams.

In autumn 2027, the third round of qualification will take place. It will involve teams that finished 1-3rd place in groups of League A second round (21 teams) and winners of groups of League B second round (7 teams).

The winners of seven groups (four teams in each) in the third round of qualification will earn a spot for Euro 2027 (U-19).
