In the matches of group B5 (games will take place in the Netherlands) North Macedonia vs Faroe Islands (25 March) and Netherlands vs North Macedonia (28 March) Dmitro Kubriak will perform the duties of the head referee, while Volodymyr Vysoczky will work as one of his assistants on the lines. In the match Faroe Islands vs Netherlands (31 March) Kubriak will be the fourth official, and Vysoczky will be a linesman in the Kazakhstani Danyyar Sakhin's team.

In group W6 (games will take place in Lithuania) on the game Azerbaijan vs Lithuania (25 March) Semen Shlonchak will perform the duties of an assistant to Moldovan Ion Orlic, while Viktor Kopiyevsky will work as the fourth official. In the match Lithuania vs Northern Ireland (31 March) Kopiyevsky will be the head referee, and Shlonchak will work as one of his assistants on the lines.
