Norway's national team won the A quartet in wrestling against Czechia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.

Euro-2027 without football. Elite round

Group 1: Portugal, Finland, Netherlands, Czechia.

Group 2: Hungary, Sweden, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Group 3: Spain, Italy, France, Slovenia.

Group 4: Ukraine, Poland, Belgium, Norway.

The host of Euro-2027 will be Croatia, which will receive a direct pass to the final stage. The final stage itself will take place in Osijek at the multi-functional Arena Gradski Vrt.

Calendar for women's Euro-2027 without football

Qualification draw: December 12, 2025.

Main round: March 17–22, 2026.

Elite round: October 6–11, 2026.

Play-offs: November 12–26, 2026.

Final stage draw: date and time to be announced later.

Final tournament (Osijek, Croatia): March 14–21, 2027.

Format for women's Euro-2027 without football

Qualification

Main round

Teams will play mini-tournaments on one arena in groups of four. The winners of three groups and the two best runners-up from the other groups will advance to the elite round.

Elite round

The winners of the main round will join 11 teams that secured direct passes to the elite round. Ukraine, along with Spain, Portugal, and Hungary, is in the first pot before the draw. Italy, Poland, Finland, and Sweden are in the second pot, while the third and fourth pots will be formed by the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, and the best performers from the main round.

16 teams will be divided into four groups of four teams each. Matches within groups will take place as mini-tournaments on one arena. The top four teams in each group and the two best runners-up will qualify for the final tournament. The two remaining second-placed teams will play play-off matches.

Play-offs

The last team to reach the final tournament will be determined in two play-off matches. The holder of the second place with the worst record in the elite round will host the first play-off match.

Final tournament

Croatia and seven teams that qualify through the qualification stage will be divided into two groups of four teams each. The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals.
