Over the past year in Velykokuchurivska community, located on Bukovyna, the UEFA Playmakers project, implemented by the Ukrainian Football Association, was realized. Trainers of the project Yuriy Solomian and Angelina Kirday conducted innovative trainings at the local DYSH based on the Disney stories, particularly "Inside Out - 2."
Through the adventures of Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger, and Disgust, girls learned not only football skills but also understanding their own emotions, teamwork, and self-confidence. The first part of the trainings was built around getting to know the main characters of the movie.
— Joy — energy of movement, team games, and positivity;
— Fear — exercises on attention, reaction, and overcoming uncertainty;
— Sadness — mutual support, teamwork;
— Anger — control of emotions through active relay races;
— Disgust — quick decisions, non-standard movement tasks.

The stories from the movie created an atmosphere in which each girl felt confident and motivated.
Yuriy Solomian notes: "When children see familiar heroes and understand that emotions are normal, they become much braver to try something new. The spring training cycle gave them a feeling of play and comfort, which is the most important."
In the fall, the journey through the world of Rylee's emotions continued. Training scenarios became deeper, and exercises more complex:
— "Emotion Lab" — control of the ball and coordination tasks;
— "Island of Friendship" — teamwork and mutual support;
— "Island of Sports" — basic techniques: passing, striking, dribbling;
— "Island of Family" — interaction in pairs and small groups;
— "Search for Joy" — lively games with an emphasis on speed and bravery.

Football tasks remained playful, but within the storyline they provided real skills.
Angelina Kirday says: "Seeing how girls in the fall became more confident is incredible! They didn't just perform exercises — they lived each story from 'Inside Out - 2,' learned to listen to themselves and their team."
In the opinion of parents, the best result is the emotions of the girls. They noted that the UEFA Playmakers format combined with a movie helps children express themselves in a new way:
"After each training session, Dondycha told us which emotion was most important today. This is very interesting and particularly useful."
"Training combines sports and psychology — incredible! Dondycha learned to control her emotions and became braver."
"We see real changes. Confidence, communication, teamwork — all through play. It's fantastic!"

According to the coaches, the results of the season — emotions + football = development:
"After two training cycles, we can confidently say about significant progress:"
— improvement in coordination, movement skills, and basic techniques;
— increased self-esteem and confidence;
— better understanding and expression of emotions;
— improved social interaction;
— greater interest in sports and an active way of life.
UEFA Playmakers is about emotions, development, and joy from playing when girls laugh, support each other, and don't fear learning. This is true football for girls."
