Sweden's head coach Greame Potter has commented on the round of play-offs for the 2026 World Cup, where his team will face Ukraine in the semi-finals.

"You just need to watch all the video materials, and then you'll see how exciting the tournament is. Of course, this is a dream for everyone, and it will be part of the challenge for Sweden's national team. I think we need to figure out how to control these emotions and try our best to play our football. But it's incredibly exciting. We would be very proud if we managed to qualify for the 2026 World Cup, but first we have to play two important matches." 

Expansion of the tournament to 48 teams? This is a World Cup, so it's great that as many countries as possible are involved.
