The finalists and winners of the "Football Teacher of the Year" 2025 competition have been determined

The jury of the all-Ukrainian competition for physical education teachers in general secondary educational institutions "Football Teacher of the Year," initiated by the Ukrainian Football Association and the Institute of Education Content Modernization of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, has determined the finalists and laureates of the competition.

The jury of the all-Ukrainian competition for physical education teachers in general secondary educational institutions "Football Teacher of the Year," which was initiated by the Ukrainian Football Association and the Institute of Content Modernization at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, has determined the finalists and laureates of the competition. They will be invited to the final of the competition and an all-Ukrainian seminar on developing school football, which will take place at the end of the year in Kyiv.

The competition is held for physical education teachers who inspire students to play football and lead a healthy lifestyle, implement modern teaching methods, organize health and sports events for their communities.

The jury evaluated portfolios from nearly 200 registered participants from various regions of Ukraine based on criteria such as: introducing football in regular and extracurricular activities; implementing innovative educational technologies, modern methods in teaching physical education; their own methodological, scientific developments, publications; participation and achievements in sports and health events (competitions at different levels, festivals, challenges, sports holidays, etc.); applying an inclusive approach and promoting gender equality; leadership and activity in popularizing a healthy lifestyle on social networks. Video lessons from participants with elements of football were also evaluated separately.
