The 7th round of the Ukrainian Premier League season-2025/2026 has concluded. A true football thriller took place in Lviv at the "Ukraine" stadium, where the local "Karpaty" faced the reigning champions "Dynamo". The teams presented spectators with six goals scored, and the match ended in a fierce draw — 3:3.

The match between "Vorzel" and "Polesye" in Rivne was also eventful. The guests secured a convincing victory with a score of 4:1 (this is already the third consecutive comeback for their coach, Ruslan Rotan).

In the standings after this round, "Shakhtar" took the lead. The orange-and-black team crushed "Ruh", earned 17 points, and, taking advantage of Dynamo's and Kolos' losses, topped the league table alone.
