— considering the materials regarding improper behavior of FC "Karpaty" (Lviv) supporters during the 5th round VBET Ukrainian Premier League match between FC "Karpaty" (Lviv) and SC "Poltava" (Poltava), which took place on September 14, 2025, fined FC "Karpaty" (Lviv) an obligatory monetary fine of 60,000 (sixty thousand) hryvnias (for the repeated occurrence of supporters' chanting of obscene language directed at the match referee);

— considering the materials regarding the 5th round VBET Ukrainian Premier League match between FC "Kryvbas" (Dnipro) and FC "Polesia" (Zhytomyr), which took place on September 14, 2025, fined FC "Kryvbas" (Dnipro) an obligatory monetary fine of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for the non-compliance of FC "Kryvbas" (Dnipro) with Additional Safety Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically exceeding the maximum allowed number of spectators at the stadium); fined FC "Polesia" (Zhytomyr) an obligatory monetary fine of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for the non-compliance of FC "Polesia" (Zhytomyr) with Additional Safety Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically regarding evacuation of the team to a shelter upon announcement of an air raid warning); fined FC "Kryvbas" (Dnipro) an obligatory monetary fine of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for supporters' chanting of obscene language);

— considering the materials regarding the expulsion of footballer Yegor Gunichev from FC "Left Bank" (Kyiv) during the VBET Cup of Ukraine 2025/2026 match between FC "Left Bank" (Kyiv) and FC "Victoria" (Sumy), which took place on September 17, 2025, suspended footballer Yegor Gunichev from participating in matches for two games (for a serious game misconduct), of which one is conditional with a probation period of one year;
