The Ukrainian referees' duo will work on matches in the first qualifying round of Euro-2026 (U-17) in group 2, which will take place in North Macedonia.

In the match North Macedonia — Hungary (October 8), Vitaliy Skoblya will perform the duties of one of the assistant referees for Armenian referee Artur Grigoryan, while Dmitro Kubryak will act as the fourth official.

In the matches Czech Republic — North Macedonia (October 11) and Gibraltar — North Macedonia (October 14), Kubryak will be the main referee, while Skoblya will serve as one of his assistant referees on the line.
