— reviewing the materials regarding the match of the 1st round VBET League FC "Veres" Rivne — FC "Dynamo" Kyiv, which took place on August 2, 2025, ordered FC "Dynamo" Kyiv to pay a mandatory financial contribution in the amount of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) hryvnias and applied a sanction in the form of socially beneficial activity in the field of football to FC "Dynamo" Kyiv, obliging it to conduct one educational lecture (lasting no less than 30 minutes) on preventing any manifestations of discriminatory behavior by fans before, during, and after matches for supporters of FC "Dynamo" Kyiv within 60 (sixty) days from the date of receipt of this decision, followed by providing confirming video materials (in case of chanting or displaying discriminatory gestures by supporters of FC "Dynamo" Kyiv);

— reviewing the materials regarding the match of the 3rd round VBET League FC "Ruh" Lviv — FC "Obolon" Kyiv, which took place on August 15, 2025, ordered FC "Ruh" Lviv to pay a mandatory financial contribution in the amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for failing to comply with the Additional Security Measures for Organizing and Conducting Football Matches in Ukraine during Martial Law regarding evacuation of teams into shelters upon announcement of an air raid warning), ordered FC "Obolon" Kyiv to pay a mandatory financial contribution in the amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for failing to comply with the Additional Security Measures for Organizing and Conducting Football Matches in Ukraine during Martial Law regarding evacuation of teams into shelters upon announcement of an air raid warning), applied a sanction in the form of a warning to FC "Ruh" Lviv (for delaying the start of the match) and applied a sanction in the form of a warning to FC "Obolon" Kyiv (for delaying the start of the match);

— reviewing the materials regarding possible violations of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play of the Ukrainian Football Association by Isaakov K., Barabanov R., Trushkin A., Artemenko I., Chegoleu V., Polischuk M., prohibited Isaak Kyrylo from engaging in any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for a period of 5 (five) years (for failing to comply with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play of the Ukrainian Football Association, specifically regarding: the obligation not to offer, promise, give or accept directly or indirectly any unwarranted financial assistance or other benefits in any form aimed at influencing actions or inactions within their competence; the obligation to refrain from any actions that may cause moral or material damage to the UFA and football as a whole; the obligation to strictly adhere to the principle of fair play and not use methods or means that contradict the spirit of fair competition; the obligation to immediately inform the relevant working body of the UFA about any proposal mentioned in paragraph 1 of Article 8 of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play of the UFA (2018 edition)), with a conditional period of two years and a probationary period of one year, prohibited Barabanov Ruslan from engaging in any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for a period of 5 (five) years (for failing to comply with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play of the Ukrainian Football Association, specifically regarding: the obligation not to offer, promise, give or accept directly or indirectly any unwarranted financial assistance or other benefits in any form aimed at influencing actions or inactions within their competence; the obligation to refrain from any actions that may cause moral or material damage to the UFA and football as a whole; the obligation to strictly adhere to the principle of fair play and not use methods or means that contradict the spirit of fair competition; the obligation to immediately inform the relevant working body of the UFA about any proposal mentioned in paragraph 1 of Article 8 of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play of the UFA (2018 edition)), with a conditional period of two years and a probationary period of one year, prohibited Trushkin Artem from engaging in any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for a period of 3 (three) years (for failing to comply with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play of the Ukrainian Football Association, specifically regarding: the obligation not to offer, promise, give or accept directly or indirectly any unwarranted financial assistance or other benefits in any form aimed at influencing actions or inactions within their competence; the obligation to refrain from any actions that may cause moral or material damage to the UFA and football as a whole), with a conditional period of one year and a probationary period of one year, prohibited Artemenko Igor from engaging in any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for a period of 2 (two) years (for failing to comply with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play of the Ukrainian Football Association, specifically regarding: the obligation not to offer, promise, give or accept directly or indirectly any unwarranted financial assistance or other benefits in any form aimed at influencing actions or inactions within their competence; the obligation to refrain from any actions that may cause moral or material damage to the UFA and football as a whole), with a conditional period of one year and a probationary period of one year, prohibited Polischuk Maxim from engaging in any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for a conditional period of 1 (one) year with a probationary period of 1 (one) year (for failing to comply with the requirement of immediately informing the relevant working body of the UFA about violations or potential violations of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play of the UFA), in part regarding possible violations of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play of the Ukrainian Football Association by Chegoleu Vladyslav — separated into a separate proceeding.
