In line with previously announced changes aimed at enhancing management efficiency and transparency of internal processes, the UEFA presents a new organizational structure for the association's leadership and administrative apparatus.

The updated model provides a clear distribution of responsibilities among governing bodies, directorates, and structural departments, as well as the introduction of coordination mechanisms for decision-making.

The new organizational structure is intended to ensure stable operational work at UEFA, the realization of strategic priorities of the association, and effective interaction across all areas of Ukrainian football.
