In his 76th year of life, renowned football coach Valentin Luzhchenko passed away. He worked with Ukraine's youth national teams across various age categories from 1994 to 2004.

At one time, Valentin Trokhymovych contributed significantly to the development of many talented homegrown players, including Andriy Voronin, Maxim Kalynichenko, Dmitro Chygrynskyi, Vitaliy Lysytzkyi...

The farewell ceremony for the coach will take place at Baykove Cemetery on Tuesday, December 9 (start time - 11:00 AM).
