Euro-2026 (U-17): The Ukrainian Girls' Team Has Qualified to the Second Round of Qualification

Main coach of the Ukrainian girls' team WU-17 (for players born in 2009-2010) Lyudmyla Lemeshko has published a list of 22 players called up for training before the second round of Euro-2026 qualification (WU-17).

Our team will conduct a training and match preparation in Uzhhorod, after which we will travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina to participate in the matches of the second round of qualification.

It should be recalled that after the first round of qualification, the wards of Lyudmyla Lemeshko occupied the last place in their Group A and dropped to Group B, losing the chance to play at Euro-2026 (WU-17). Before the second round draw, the blue-yellow team landed in the first pot of the second division.

In the end, by fate, the Ukrainians ended up in Group B5, where their opponents will be the teams from Bulgaria and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It should be noted that the final stage of Euro-2026 (WU-17) will take place from April 4 to May 17, 2026 in Northern Ireland. This tournament will also serve as a qualifier for the 2026 Women's World Cup (WU-17) in Morocco.
