Representatives of national associations discussed current provisions of the UEFA Regulations: financial criteria, club monitoring, the clean transfer fee rule, requirements for clubs' legal structure, and mechanisms for compensating for player preparation.

Attention was paid to the results of the SGS audit for 2025, which attested to an increase in the number of minor non-conformities with quality licensing standards, as well as issues of ownership of multiple clubs (Multi-Club Ownership). In this context, the practice of UEFA Club Financial Control Body and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) was analyzed.

During the event, a new edition of the UEFA analytical bulletin «The European Club Finance and Investment Landscape» was also presented.
