Head of the Referees Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association Katerina Monzul initiated a series of working meetings with domestic footballers, coaches, and club staff.

The first such events already involved representatives of «Kurdyvky», «Veres», «Shakhtar», and «Dynamo».

During them, current game episodes, changes in the interpretation of rules, as well as recommendations for their practical application were discussed.

Special attention was paid to the dialogue between referees and players under match pressure. In an informal trusting atmosphere, Katerina Monzul provided detailed explanations regarding contentious issues, which allowed participants to better understand the logic behind referee decisions and principles of correct communication during matches.

Meetings were held in an open discussion format, giving club representatives the opportunity to ask sharp questions and receive comprehensive answers.
