Today, December 21, the Ukrainian national handball team as part of their preparation for the final stage of Euro-2026 played a friendly match against Portugal. 

As a reminder, on December 19 in today's opponents' meeting, it was recorded a draw (1:1). In the second friendly, unfortunately, our team could not hold off the current European champions. Although after the first half, the hosts had only a minimal advantage. After halftime, the Portuguese developed their lead, and goals by Korson and Shved at the end of the match only slightly lifted the spirits of the guests.
