The Ukrainian Football Association is seeking a responsible accountant for a charitable foundation with experience working in non-profit organizations who will ensure accurate financial record-keeping and transparent reporting according to Ukrainian law and donor requirements.

Our charity foundation works on projects aimed at supporting children from frontline regions of Ukraine, veterans, sports rehabilitation for people with amputations (including veterans), developing amputee football in Ukraine, and promoting mental and physical rehabilitation through football events. 

Main responsibilities:

— maintaining the accounting and tax records of the charitable foundation's activities;

— preparing and submitting mandatory financial, tax, and statistical reports;

— tracking and controlling the use of donations, grants, and targeted funding;

— working with primary documentation (invoices, receipts, contracts, statements);

— monitoring the correctness of procurement and logistics expenses, preparing relevant reports;

— interacting with banks, contractors, auditors, government agencies;

— preparing internal financial reports for management and donors;

— participating in the formation of the foundation's budget and monitoring its implementation;

— ensuring compliance with legal requirements regarding non-profit organizations' activities;

— calculating salaries, taxes, and contributions;

— preparing notifications, settlement forms, and related reports (PFRS/PDFO, military service).

Requirements:

— at least two years of experience as an accountant, with non-profit organization experience being mandatory;

— knowledge of Ukrainian accounting, tax, and labor laws;

— practical experience in managing accounts within the KEEV framework, working with grant/targeted funds will be an advantage;

— practical experience in salary calculations, preparing related reports, and HR work — a significant plus;

— proficient use of accounting software (1C/BAS, M.E.Doc, client-bank);

— attention to detail, responsibility, and systematic approach in work;

— ability to handle large volumes of documentation and adhere to deadlines;

— knowledge of Ukrainian language, English — plus (for working with donors).
