What will you do?

Implement the UAF Sustainable Development Strategy.

Coordinate social and environmental projects (UEFA, FIFA, Erasmus+, UNHCR, etc.).

Develop initiatives "Football for All," refugee and IDP projects, programs for charity and ecology.

Plan and control the budget, KPIs, and reporting.

Represent UAF at UEFA, FIFA, and international forums.

Organize educational programs and training, including courses for coaches and seminars for stakeholders.

Develop partnerships and grant opportunities.

Coordinate the implementation of child protection policies.

What we expect from you:

— experience in managing social/environmental projects;

— understanding of sustainable development principles, inclusion, and child protection;

— experience in international cooperation and report/budget preparation;

— fluency in Ukrainian, English B2 level or higher;

— confident use of MS Office, Google Workspace;

— responsibility, organization, and proactiveness.

Experience with Erasmus+, UEFA/FIFA projects, UN initiatives is an asset.
