— having reviewed the materials regarding improper behavior by supporters of FC "Kulikiv-Bila" (Kulikiv) after match 17 of the Ukrainian Championship among second league teams for the season-2025/2026 between "Kulikiv-Bila" (Kulikiv) and "Polesia-2" (Zhytomyr), which took place on November 8, 2025, obligated FC "Kulikiv-Bila" (Kulikiv) to pay a mandatory fine of 12,000 (twelve thousand) hryvnias (for repeated unauthorized use by supporters of FC "Kulikiv-Bila" (Kulikiv) of pyrotechnic devices in the amount of four units);
