However, the Ukrainian national team has twice played in Warsaw at another venue — the National Stadium. There, on March 22, 2013, within qualification matches for the World Cup 2014, thanks to successful shots by Andriy Yarmolenko, Oleh Husyev and Roman Zozulya, they defeated Poland — 3:1, while on June 7, 2024, in a friendly match, they lost to the hosts — 1:3. The only goal for the visitors was scored by Artem Dovbik.
