The Ukrainian team in Poland held their first full training session as part of the preparation for upcoming World Cup 2026 qualification matches against Iceland (October 10, Reykjavik) and Azerbaijan (October 13, Krakow).

Today, October 8, the team will depart for Reykjavik in the late evening. On October 9, there will be a traditional pre-match press conference with Serhiy Rebrov and one of his players (start at 20:30 Kyiv time) and training session (21:00 Kyiv time) on the Iceland vs Ukraine match venue, «Leiagrædalsvédliur» stadium. Return to Poland is scheduled for October 11.

On October 12 in Krakow, traditional pre-match events for the Ukraine vs Azerbaijan match will take place. At 17:30 local time, a press conference with Serhiy Rebrov and one of his players will begin, followed by training at 18:00.

Communication with Azerbaijani media representatives and training sessions for our opponents will start at 19:30 and 20:00 local time respectively.
