The festival became a true celebration of team spirit, friendship, and healthy living. The children had the opportunity to demonstrate their sports skills by participating in fun relay races, and at the end of the event, each participant received a diploma signed by legendary footballer and president of the Ukrainian Football Association Andriy Shevchenko.

We continue to work and get children interested in football!

The Ukrainian Football Association's "Open Football Festivals" project is:

  • youth leadership in communities;
  • psychosocial support for children of military personnel, IDPs, and war-affected children;
  • unity and friendship between IDP children and local children, social integration;
  • an inclusive environment where everyone participates, including children with special educational needs;
  • knowledge of safety in wartime conditions;
  • the philosophy of mass football — joy from playing rather than results at any cost;
  • cultivation of a healthy lifestyle;
  • volunteer development;
  • activation of local communities through intersectoral networks (youth leaders, teachers, coaches, psychologists, safety experts, parents, local authorities, patrons, etc.).
