The Ukrainian Football Association and the Romanian Football Federation have agreed to hold a friendly match between the women's national teams of Ukraine and Romania, which will take place on October 28 in Bucharest at the «Concordia Chiaja» stadium.

Information about the match time and ticket sales details will be announced later.

We remind you that in the last League of Nations tournament, Ukraine played in League B, managing to secure promotion to League A at the end of the campaign. With four wins, one draw and one loss, blue-and-yellow earned 13 points, tying with Czech Republic but having an advantage in head-to-head matches. The group also included Croatia and Albania.

After moving up to League A, Ukraine's women will play exclusively friendly matches this fall, and they will find out their opponents in the World Cup 2027 qualification tournament after the draw on November 4. Qualification for the World Cup will begin in February and continue until the end of 2026.
