In this stage of the tournament, two teams that have passed all preliminary rounds and six teams from the higher league that occupy 5–10 positions at the end of last season will participate: "Shakhtar", "Ladomir", "Kryvbas", "Polska", "Panthers", "EMS-Podillya".

Four pairs will be formed, with winners advancing to the quarter-finals alongside the top four teams of the higher league for the 2024/2025 season: "Vorskla", "Metalist 1925", "Kolos" and "Sisters".
